1. サービスの内容

FRAYVEは、配信者と許可された編集チームが、Twitch VODを確認し、必要な区間の情報を共有して、編集用の動画素材を保存するためのサービスです。完成動画の編集・公開や長期バックアップを代行するサービスではありません。Twitch、Google等の公式サービス、公認・提携サービスではありません。

プレビューにはTwitchの埋め込みプレイヤーを利用します。PC直接保存では選択区間の動画データをTwitchから利用者のPCへ取得します。クラウド生成を選ぶ場合はFRAYVEのサーバーで処理します。Google Driveへの書き出しは任意の連携です。

2. アカウントとWorkspace

正確な登録情報を入力し、パスワードや接続用情報を適切に管理してください。他人へのなりすましやアカウントの不正利用は禁止します。未成年者は、適用法令に従い必要な保護者の同意を得てください。

WorkspaceのOwnerは、チャンネルの接続、メンバーの招待・権限、契約の管理について責任を負います。招待された方も本規約を守ってください。Twitch上の編集者権限がFRAYVEへ自動的に引き継がれるわけではありません。共有情報はWorkspace内で与えられた権限に応じて閲覧・操作されます。

3. 動画・著作権と禁止行為

接続・切り出し・保存・共有・編集に必要な権利や許可を持つ動画だけを扱ってください。公開VODであることだけで、音楽、ゲーム映像等を含むすべての権利が許諾されるわけではありません。利用者の動画やCut・メモの権利は利用者または正当な権利者に留保され、運営者にはサービス提供に必要な範囲の処理・保存・送信のみを許可するものとします。

権利侵害、法令違反、アクセス制限やDRMの回避、不正アクセス、他者の秘密情報の取得、サービスへの過大な負荷、利用上限や権限チェックの回避を禁止します。Twitch、Google等の利用条件も守ってください。

4. 保存方法と利用環境

手動のPC直接保存はChrome／Edge拡張機能、全編自動保存はWindows用補助アプリを使うベータ機能です。全編自動保存には対象プランと設定が必要です。PCの起動、ネット接続、必要な空き容量を利用者が確保してください。通信費・機器費用は利用者の負担です。

全編自動保存は公開・準備が完了したVODを定期的に確認する方式です。配信終了直後の保存開始や、削除・非公開になったVODの取得は保証しません。現在の補助アプリはWindows x64用で、1アプリにつき1チャンネルを対象とし、長時間の動画は分割保存します。機能画面に表示する長さ・容量・接続台数等の上限も適用されます。

5. クラウド処理とデータの保存

無料体験は第6項に定める選択した契約プランの初回7日間です。クラウド処理には、機能画面に表示する1ファイル・システム全体の容量、同時処理数・処理待ち件数等の技術上限が適用されます。上限到達時は対象処理を停止し、超過料金を自動請求しません。全体の混雑や容量によって受付を制限する場合があります。

期限付きで生成したクラウドMP4は生成完了から48時間でダウンロードできなくなり、その後削除処理の対象になります。実際の削除時刻は処理状況により遅れることがあります。保存期限は画面で確認し、必要な素材は期限内に保存してください。Cutの区間・メモ・履歴はMP4の期限とは別に管理されます。

PCやGoogle Driveへ保存したコピーは、クラウドの期限切れ、解約、Workspaceの権限削除によって回収・削除されません。利用者側で管理してください。

6. 料金、無料体験と自動更新

配信者向け・編集者向けプランの新規受付は準備中です。受付開始後、招待・依頼を始める側が明示的に申し込むことで有料契約を開始します。アカウントの作成、既存の無料利用、招待・依頼の受け取りだけで有料契約へ移行することはありません。

配信者向け・編集者向けともに、有効な接続1件で月額980円、3件で2,480円、5件で3,980円、10件で6,980円（税込・日本円）です。接続の数え方・機能はプラン一覧と申込画面をご確認ください。支払うのは招待・依頼を始めた側だけで、受け取った側にはその接続の料金はかかりません。承諾待ちは0件とし、解除すると枠が空きます。無料体験は初回7日間、1アカウントにつき配信者向け・編集者向けで各1回です。支払い方法を登録し、体験終了前に解約しない場合は、その後毎月自動更新・請求されます。無料体験の対象外の場合は申込時から請求が始まります。既存のライト・スタンダード・ヘビー契約は、従来の料金・利用枠・契約条件を維持します。新プランへ自動移行したり、自動で契約・請求を開始したりすることはありません。

決済にはStripeを利用します。Managed Paymentsを利用する決済では、Link（Stripe）が決済画面・領収書上の販売主体として表示されます。現地通貨が提示される場合、為替換算手数料が換算レートに含まれます。支払い通貨、税を含む合計額、更新条件、適用される販売主体の条件を最終確認画面で確認してからお申し込みください。

7. 解約と返金

契約者（旧Workspace契約はOwner）は「プランとお支払い」→「支払い方法・請求書・解約」で次回の自動更新を停止できます。確定した終了日までは契約上の利用権が続きます。無料体験の終了前に解約すれば初回請求はありません。契約管理画面を利用できない場合はサポートへご連絡ください。

利用者都合の期間途中の解約について、原則として日割り返金は行いません。ただし、法令により必要な返金、重複・誤請求、運営者の責任によるサービス未提供等は個別に確認し、法令と適用される決済条件に従い、再提供・料金調整・返金等で対応します。Link等が販売主体となる取引には、その主体が提供する返金手続・権利も適用されます。本規約でそれらを制限しません。

配信者向け・編集者向けの受付開始後は、契約画面で確認のうえ接続枠を変更できます。枠数は変更後に反映し、新料金は次回更新から適用します。日割りの追加請求・返金はありません。枠を減らす場合は有効な接続数を変更後の上限以内にしてください。旧ライト・スタンダード・ヘビーは従来条件を維持し、別プランへの申込は現在の契約終了後となります。年払いは提供していません。接続の解除だけでは月額契約は解約されません。

8. 停止、変更とサービス終了

保守、障害、外部サービスの変更、権利保護や安全確保のため、機能を一時的に制限・停止する場合があります。違反が疑われる場合は事情を確認し、緊急の必要がある場合を除き、理由の通知や説明・是正の機会を設けます。支払いが完了しない場合や契約終了後は、有料機能を制限する場合があります。

利用者に重大な影響を与える料金・機能・本規約の変更やサービス終了は、内容と適用日をサイトまたは登録メール等で事前に案内し、法令上必要な同意を得ます。変更を既存の支払い済み期間に遡って適用しません。提供できなくなる有料期間については、適用法令・販売条件に従い料金調整・返金等を行います。

9. 責任と相談窓口

ベータ機能には不具合や中断が生じる可能性があります。すべての動画の取得、特定の編集ソフトとの互換性、無停止の稼働を保証するものではありません。運営者の責任は適用法令に従います。故意・過失による責任や、消費者に認められる強行法上の権利を、一律に免除・制限するものではありません。

本規約は日本法を基本としますが、利用者の居住国等で適用される消費者保護の強行規定を排除しません。相談・権利侵害の申告はfrayve.support@gmail.comへご連絡ください。

1. What FRAYVE provides

FRAYVE helps streamers and their authorized editing teams review Twitch VODs, share selected ranges and save source footage for editing. It does not provide finished-video editing, publishing or long-term backup. FRAYVE is not an official, endorsed or affiliated service of Twitch or Google.

Previews use Twitch's embedded player. Direct-to-PC saving obtains selected footage from Twitch on your PC. Cloud generation processes footage on FRAYVE's servers. Google Drive export is an optional connection.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate registration information and protect your password and connection credentials. Do not impersonate others or misuse accounts. Minors must obtain any parental or guardian permission required by applicable law.

The workspace owner manages channel connections, invitations, permissions and subscriptions. Invited members must also follow these terms. Twitch editor permissions do not automatically transfer to FRAYVE. Workspace information is available to members according to their assigned permissions.

3. Content rights and prohibited use

Only connect, cut, save, share or edit content for which you have the necessary rights and permission. A public VOD does not by itself grant rights to all music, game footage or other material it contains. Content, cuts and notes remain owned by their rightful owners. You grant the operator only the permission to process, store and transmit them as needed to provide the service.

Do not infringe rights, break the law, bypass access restrictions or DRM, gain unauthorized access, obtain others' confidential information, overload the service or evade limits and permissions. Follow the applicable terms of Twitch, Google and other connected services.

4. Saving and system requirements

Manual direct saving uses a Chrome/Edge extension. Automatic full-broadcast saving uses a Windows companion app and requires an eligible plan and configuration. These are beta features. You provide an awake PC, internet access and sufficient storage, and pay your own equipment and connectivity costs.

Automatic saving periodically checks for published, ready VODs. It does not guarantee saving immediately after a broadcast ends or recovering deleted or private VODs. The current companion supports Windows x64, one channel per app, and splits long recordings. Duration, file-size and connected-device limits shown in the feature also apply.

5. Cloud processing and retention

The free trial covers the selected subscription for its first seven days, as described in section 6. Cloud processing remains subject to the per-file and system-wide capacity, concurrency and queue limits shown in the features. The affected operation stops at a technical limit without automatic overage charges. Overall capacity and congestion may also limit processing.

Time-limited cloud MP4s become unavailable for download 48 hours after generation completes and are then eligible for deletion. Actual deletion may be delayed by processing conditions. Check the displayed expiry and save needed footage in time. Cut ranges, notes and history are managed separately from the MP4 expiry.

Copies saved to a PC or Google Drive are not recalled or deleted when cloud files expire, a subscription ends or workspace access is removed. You manage those copies.

6. Prices, trial and renewal

New Streamer and Editor plan sales are being prepared. Once sales open, a paid subscription starts only when the side initiating invitations or requests explicitly subscribes. Creating an account, using the free service or receiving an invitation or request does not automatically start a paid subscription.

Streamer and Editor plans each cost ¥980 for 1 active connection, ¥2,480 for 3, ¥3,980 for 5, or ¥6,980 for 10 per month, including tax. See the plan table and signup screen for counting rules, features and limits. Only the initiator pays; the recipient is not charged for that connection. Pending requests count as zero, and revoking a connection releases its slot. The first trial is 7 days, once per account for each side, with a payment method registered. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing then renews monthly. If no trial is available, charging starts at signup. Existing Light, Standard and Heavy subscriptions retain their original prices, limits and terms. They are not automatically migrated, and no new subscription or charge starts automatically.

Payments use Stripe. For Managed Payments transactions, Link (Stripe) is identified as the merchant of record on checkout and receipts. If a local currency is offered, the exchange rate includes a conversion fee. Review the final currency, tax-inclusive total, renewal conditions and merchant's applicable terms before subscribing.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The subscriber (the workspace owner for existing workspace subscriptions) can stop the next renewal under Plan & billing → Payment method, invoices & cancellation. Contractual access continues until the confirmed end date. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids the first charge. Contact support if you cannot use subscription management.

We generally do not provide prorated refunds for voluntary mid-period cancellation. Refunds required by law, duplicate or incorrect charges and failure to provide the service attributable to us are reviewed individually. We will provide an appropriate remedy, such as re-performance, a price adjustment or a refund, in accordance with applicable law and payment terms. Transactions sold by Link or another merchant also carry that merchant's refund procedures and rights; these terms do not restrict them.

Once Streamer and Editor plan sales open, you can confirm a connection-slot change in subscription management. The new limit applies after the change, and the new price applies from the next renewal, without a prorated charge or refund. Active connections must fit the new limit before reducing slots. Existing Light, Standard and Heavy subscriptions keep their original terms; a different plan can be purchased after the current subscription ends. Annual billing is not offered. Revoking a connection alone does not cancel the monthly subscription.

8. Suspension, changes and closure

Maintenance, incidents, changes to external services, rights protection or security needs may temporarily limit or interrupt features. We will investigate suspected violations and, except where urgent action is necessary, explain the reason and provide an opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. Paid features may be restricted after nonpayment or subscription expiry.

We will give advance notice on the site or by registered email of material changes to pricing, features or these terms, or service closure, including the effective date. We will obtain consent where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to an already paid period. If we cannot provide a paid period, we will make an appropriate price adjustment or refund under applicable law and sale conditions.

9. Responsibility and contact

Beta features may have faults or interruptions. We do not guarantee retrieval of every video, compatibility with every editor or uninterrupted operation. The operator's responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not provide a blanket exclusion of liability for intentional or negligent conduct or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Japanese law generally governs these terms, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence or elsewhere. Send questions or rights-infringement reports to frayve.support@gmail.com.
